We were excited to have very special visitors to our class during the week. Ms Spillett kindly allowed us to borrow her tadpoles so we could learn some facts about them. We learned that these tadpoles are around 8 weeks old, and are beginning to grow their back legs which they will use to jump when they become frogs. They eat cooked spinach and are starting to pop their heads out of the water more now that they are growing. We loved having them visit our room, and afterwards we made tadpoles using our playdoh!
