More fun and learning in our second week of Christmas Aistear. Here were our stations for this week:
Station 1: Fantasy play Station. This was a lovely imaginative station for the girls. They pretended to be at the post office during Christmas posting their Santa letters. I was amazed by their brilliant free writing!
Station 2: Christmas Colouring Station. This was a nice relaxing station where the girls coloured Christmas pictures by number.
Station 3: Art station with Caroline. This station was a firm favourite with the class! How lucky were we to create beautiful Christmas candles with Caroline using foliage from the school garden, and twine. There are some very lucky parents and grandparents who will receive these for Christmas!
Station 4: Christmas Playdough station. What fun we had at this station creating baubles for a Christmas tree, dressing a snowman, and putting stockings on the fireplace. The girls really got creative!
