Ms Buckley & Caroline’s Senior Infants have been having a wonderful and very busy time celebrating Christmas!
Snowflake the Elf got up to lots of mischief in our classroom and kept us laughing every day. We did lots of festive art, including creating Santa faces using paper plates and cotton wool, and turning ourselves into cheeky little elves that we could hang on our Christmas tree.
We did an incredible job performing in our Christmas play The Angel Express and made everyone so proud. Santa even came to visit our class and told us that we are all on the nice list! We made reindeer food to leave out for the reindeer on Christmas Eve, decorated delicious gingerbread men and enjoyed eating them up, and relaxed together by watching a Christmas movie in the hall with all the infant classes.
There was great excitement when Seanie, our 28th classmate, received a Christmas present and absolutely loved it! Bella had so much fun over the weekends with all the Stars of the Week.
We sent Christmas cards to all our loved ones and enjoyed a walk to the post box, despite the awful weather!! ☔️
