Exploring Colour Through Christmas Art 🎄

Ms Fahy’s had fun exploring lines, colour and contrast while creating bright, eye-catching artwork. As they worked, they discovered why our classic Christmas colours of red and green work so well together. Using the colour wheel, they realised these colours are opposites, which creates strong contrast and helps their Christmas trees stand out. Seeing this happen in their own artwork helped the idea really make sense, turning colour choice into a clear and memorable learning moment. 🎄
