Hedgehogs 🦔

This week we were busy learning all about hedgehogs. At the moment hedgehogs are getting ready to hibernate. They are eating lots of food to get ready for their big sleep. They like to eat beetles, slugs, snails, worms and even bird eggs. When hedgehogs are scared, they curl into a ball and their spines stick out. Baby hedgehogs are called hoglets. We love hedgehogs! 🦔
