Identifying Trees

We learned all about the different trees around us and why they are so important.

Then we went for a scavenger hunt in Beaumont Park to see how many different trees we could find. We used a leaf key to identify the different trees we found. We took rubbings of the leaves and labelled them.

Some of us brought leaves and berries in from home. We also used the app 'Plant Net' to identify them.

Finally, we used all of our leaves to create our autumn artwork.
