ISPCC Workshop 1st & 2nd Class

First and Second Class participated in a live online workshop today which was organised by the ISPCC. They partnered with children's author Katie O' Donoghue who read the story 'The Little Squirrel Who Worried'. We learned some excellent strategies and breathing techniques to use when we are worried. We designed our own worry pouches and identified our safe place. We really enjoyed our workshop today!
