The girls have been learning about Autism and in particular we learned about stimming.
We watched an autistic character called Julia on Sesame Street and spoke about her difficulties, interests and strengths.
The girls enjoyed a visit from the children from the Sunflower Room. They spoke to us about their special interests which is something a lot of Autistic people like to talk about.
Finally, the girls enjoyed a selection of cakes from the cake sale with the proceeds going to My Canine Companion.
