Wellbeing Webinar - Mrs O' Rourke's 5th Class

On Tuesday we really enjoyed a webinar with Fiona Forman about creating a "Wellbeing plan for 2024". We explored ways to create a wellbeing plan under the headings Positivity, Learning, Attitude and Nourishment. We enjoyed creating our own wellbeing plan. It was a very positive experience and perfect timing for the start of the new year.
