We had a great time celebrating World Book Day in class. We spent the week decorating our classroom door as the cover of the book ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’. We really enjoyed decorating it with food, caterpillars and balloons.
We enjoyed a lovely World Book Day ‘book café’ in our class. We all brought in our favourite book from home and explained why we love the book so much. We chatted about our books and enjoyed some biscuits and juice.
The Tiger Who Came to Tea even made an appearance at our café! Luckily he didn’t gobble up all of our biscuits!! 🐅
